What is REZUTO

REZUTO is an online work simulator where you test careers on real tasks.

  1. What do you do?

You take on tasks from a real job: you review a contract, plan a campaign, talk to a patient. The other side reacts to every answer — asks follow-up questions, pushes back, changes their mind.

  2. Who helps you?

Iskra, your AI advisor. She asks what interests you and where you feel strong, suggests fields with a % match and points you to a specific simulation.

  3. What do you get?

A six-skill profile built on your decisions, a comparison of degrees and salaries, and a certificate you can add to your CV.

  4. Where does it run?

In your browser — on your phone and computer. 24+ fields, with new ones every month. You start for free, no card needed.

How it works

  1. 01 · Iskra · AI Advisor

    Talk

Tell Iskra what excites you and what worries you. She picks careers that really fit you.

  2. 02 · Work Simulator

    Try on

You step into the role. Someone asks follow-ups, the phone rings, the deadline is closing in — exactly like a real job.

  3. 03 · Skills profile

    Check

You get an honest result built on your decisions. No sugar-coating — and with tips on what to do next.
