Stage 1 · Career Advisor

Not sure what you want to do? That's a normal start.

Iskra is your career advisor. She doesn't give you a graded test. She talks, asks follow-ups and, after every answer, recalculates which of the 24 paths fit you best. At the end you get specific jobs and a plan for what to test in the Simulator.

Questions about the Advisor

Is Iskra a person?
No. Iskra is artificial intelligence, so she can make mistakes. Talk important decisions through with someone you trust — a parent, a teacher or a career counsellor.
Does the demo save my answers?
No. The demo on this page runs only in your browser and sends nothing. The full Advisor asks more questions and remembers the chat in your account.
What does Iskra remember about me?
Your interests, strengths, working style, what you don't want, and paths with a match. You can erase Iskra's memory with one click in her panel.
How is the Advisor different from the Work Simulator?
The Advisor helps you choose what to test: a chat, a match and a plan. The Work Simulator lets you test it in practice — in Conversations and in a full Work Day.
